COVID-19 HEALTH & SAFETY GUIDELINES

PUBLIC HEALTH AGENCY OF CANADA HEALTH & SAFETY GUIDELINES:

We will be following the Health & Safety Guidelines provided by the Public Health Agency of Canada as well as the Hotel & Lodging Association of Canada to help keep you and your family safe during your stay.

NEW CHECK-IN TIME FOR COVID-19:

Check-in for Summer 2022 will be 5:00PM to allow us more time to ensure the health and safety for everyone. Thank you for your understanding.   

CONTACTLESS CHECK-IN:

We have two methods of payment as part of our contactless check-in and payment process. You can e-transfer to caribou_lodge@sympatico.ca or pay by credit card. If you are choosing to use a credit card, please let us know if you want us to charge your card or you can call us at 705-645-5634 with another card number.

PHYSICAL DISTANCING AND HAND WASHING:

Public Health Agency of Canada guidelines recommend washing hands with soap and water and physical distancing as the most effective things you can do to protect yourself against a number of infectious diseases, such as Covid-19. Not only will it help keep you healthy, it will help prevent the spread of infectious diseases to others. 

BRING YOUR OWN PILLOWS AND COMFORTERS:

As a further precaution, we would recommend that you bring your own pillows and comforters this summer. Please let us know if you are NOT planning to bring your own pillows and comforters and we will make sure we have a clean set left for you in your cottage.
